I agree. He is beginning to remind me a little of Jacques Parizeau back in the ’90s in that his tune seems as variable as the weather. When all was said an done no one could do business with poor old Parizeau because by the time anyone could get back to him his position had changed. Again.

It would be useful if more MSM reporters would make some effort to provide a bit of context for Ignatieff’s remarks insted of playing Town Cryers for ‘Today’s Big Pronouncement’ But unfortunately, context doesn’t seem to be something most of them can do.

Unfortunately, Squiggy is being treated like the Obama-of-the-north (the Great White Obama), or at least that is how the Liberals are trying to spin it, and the MSM seems to be going along with it.

Iggy is just hedging his bets that if he is to achieve power, he’ll need a house in relatively good order. Forcing Harper to spend more now won’t help him later.
