New Theme

Yes, I finally did it. I installed a new theme for my blog. Functionally it is working, although there’s still a lot of tweaking to do. But I figured three days is enough to be down…

The Photo and Pages sections are being worked on the coming weeks, so keep checking back to see the final result. All other sections will be worked on as well.

Anyway, don’t hesitate to let me know what you think. (be kind).

Discuss.

Well, I like the theme, but the “recent comments” down at the bottom link to 404 pages because they’re linking to the ugly urls instead of the pretty ones. Plus, the search brings back 404’s too.

Otherwise, nice looking theme.

Yeah, I see that. It only goes to the ‘old’ URLS if the page does not exist. bp-events., for example. It will be reinstated later this week, and the URL should change to the new page…

Thanks for your comment!

Cool Thanks. I have your site as my start page for my browser ’cause I need to get the bp-events plugin for my community. I really appreciate your work on that btw (if that’s not clear by my obsessive compulsiveness). :)

I like the theme a lot! What theme is this? Or is this one you designed yourself?

I too like bp-events a lot! I want to upgrade WPMU installs to 2.9.1.1, but bp-events status prevents that. Do you have a forum where you are discussing bp-vents issues?

Very nice. Clean. Nice pictos. Good navigation hierarchy. Breadcrumbs. And a good mix of text and images.

Two search inputs fields ?!?

Design from scratch or based on template/framework
